Ingredients
- 50 g chicken, sliced
- 1 Tbsp cashews, fried
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3-5 mushrooms, quartered
- 1 baby corn, sliced
- ¼ large onion, diced
- ¼ bell pepper
- 1 stalk spring onion, cut in 1" lengths
- 3-4 dried red spur chilies, sliced in 1" lengths, fried
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp chili paste
- ¼ cup chicken broth
Prep
- Add vegetable oil to wok, add garlic, fry until fragrant. Add chicken and fry until done
- Add baby corn, mushrooms, onion and chicken stock, stir, add all seasoning sauce ingredients and stir
- Add spring onion, dried spur chilies and cashew nuts, stir quickly
- Remove from heat and serve with rice
