Ingredients 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 4 curry leaves (optional) 500g potatoes ½ tsp tumeric ½ tsp green chillies 1 tsp salt 2 tsp dhana geeru (ground corriander seeds and cumin) Prep Dice the potatoes to ~1cm cubes. Cashew Butter Ginger Cookies

Many cookies use coconut oil. I really try to avoid coconut as a base as I feel it introduces a strong coconut taste - which can be fine - but I really don’t like coconut everywere. You need to put coconut in the name if it tastes so strongly of coconut. Tahini Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients ¾ cup Unsalted butter ¼ cup tahini ½ cup white sugar 1½ cups brown sugar 2 eggs 300g flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp kosher salt ¾ tsp cinnamon 230g chocolate chips Nuts (walnuts or your favorite) Instructions Brown the butter. Butter Shortbread

Ingredients 500g butter 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup cornflour 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder Optional mix-ins cinnamon cardamon lemon zest cocoa powder Prep Cream butter and sugar together til pale and fluffy. Mix in the cornflour and flour in batches. Roll the shortbread into 4-6 logs. Refridgerate for up to 3 days. Preheat oven to 150C. Bake for 20-30 mins.

Cauliflower and Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients 1 head of cauliflower 3 tbsp of olive oil 1 large stick of celery 30g of hzelnuts 50g pomegrante seeds ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp all spice 1 tbsp sherry vinegar 1½ tsp maple syrup salt and pepper Prep Preheat oven to 200C.
